By Car – The Concourse, Dubai Outlet Mall is located on the Dubai – Al Ain Road (E66), about 20 minutes from Downtown Dubai.
By Taxi or Ride-Hailing app – you can easily reach The Concourse, Dubai Outlet Mall via such apps.
By Shuttle Bus – several shuttle buses will be available from designated pickup points. Full details are shared on our socials during the show.
By Public Bus – Bur Dubai Bus Station – Bus Route 66 or 67 – 50 minutes to The Concourse, Dubai Outlet Mall.
Your Ticket – Printed or digital QR Code; just have it ready at the entrance.
Valid ID – Always good to have on you; especially needed if you are picking up a pre-order or participating in a tournament.
Your Favorite Games – Optional, but great if you want to share a personal favorite or play with friends at the Tabletop Commons.
Deck or Minis Lists – Required if you are entering a TCG or Minis tournament. Make sure you have everything needed for a smooth experience.
Cash or Card – Vendors will be selling artworks, handcrafts, games, singles, accessories, and food; so be ready to shop.
Charged Phone and Power Bank – For checking event and tournament schedules, taking photos, and staying connected throughout the day.
Water Bottle – Keep yourself hydrated during the event.

Age Limits – tabletop.me is open to everyone without any age restrictions. Children 7 years old and below enter for free.
Junior Gamers – Attendees aged 8 to 12 fall under this category and must purchase a Junior Gaming ticket.
The Concourse – Enjoy a dedicated area featuring food and beverages served by our partner Board Game Cafés and other well-known brands.
Cafes & Restaurants – A variety of nearby dining options including casual cafés and sit-down restaurants are available just minutes from the venue throughout the Mall.
Dubai Outlet Mall (DOM) Food Court – About a 3 minute walk from The Concourse, the DOM Food Court offers a wide range of popular fast food and international chains, perfect for a convenient and affordable meal.
